The Institution of Professional Engineers New Zealand Inc, (IPENZ) as the Registration Authority under the Chartered Professional Engineers of New Zealand Act 2002, is required to report to the Chartered Professional Engineers Council (CPEC) each year on the activities related to administering the Register of Chartered Professional Engineers for the previous calendar year.
The Association of Consulting Engineers New Zealand (ACENZ). Originally established as the consulting arm of IPENZ in 1959 ACENZ was born (evolved from the New Zealand Institution of Engineering-NZIE, The Professional Engineers' Association-PEA, and the Consulting Engineers' Division of the NZIE).
