Appeal Ruling #84: 27 August 2025

A complainant appealed a decision of a Chair of Investigating Committees, acting as Adjudicator, to dismiss complaints against a Chartered Professional Engineer. The Appeal Panel found that none of the grounds for appeal were proven. The appeal was dismissed and the RA’s decision to refer the complaint against the Appellant to a Disciplinary Committee is upheld.
