The Appellant has appealed a decision of the Competency Assessment Board to amend the Appellant’s practice area description and require the Appellant to apply for continued registration within 2 years. The Appeal Panel found that none of the grounds for appeal were proven. The Appeal Panel dismissed the appeal and the CAB’s decision on the Appellant’s CPEng continued registration is upheld.
