Appeal Ruling#90: 14 November 2025

A complainant appealed a decision of a Chair of Investigating Committees, acting as Adjudicator, to dismiss complaints against a Chartered Professional Engineer. The Appeal Panel found that three of the grounds for appeal were not proven. The Appeal Panel upheld one ground of appeal and referred that ground of appeal to the Investigating Committee of Engineering New Zealand.
