Appeal Ruling#93:19 December 2025

A complainant appealed a decision of a Chair of Investigating Committees, acting as Adjudicator, to dismiss complaints against a Chartered Professional Engineer. Having found that none of the grounds of appeal are made out, the decision of the Panel is to exercise its power in s 37(5)(a) of the Act to confirm the parts of the decision of the CIC that have been appealed and dismiss the Appellant’s appeal.
