Appeal Ruling #94: 08 December 2025

A complainant appealed a decision of a Chair of Investigating Committees, acting as Adjudicator, to dismiss complaints against a Chartered Professional Engineer. The appeal was dismissed and the CIC's decision to dismiss to complaint against the Respondent was upheld.
