Appeal Description

This appeal relates to a dispute of proposed technical fire engineering solution. Mediation was undertaken but issue remains unresolved.

Appeal Finding

The appeal was upheld. The panel noted that the complaint had not been investigated by an apporpiately qualified and experienced independent fire engineer. The Registration Authority will be instructed to form an Investigating Committee which would include an appropriately qualified and experienced fire engineer.
