Appeal Description

The appeal related to a decision of a Disciplinary Committee, in particular that the penalty imposed was unfair.  The decision appealed concerned a complaint by a local authority, about the performance of the appellant, a chartered professional engineer, in relation to several property developments and a number of individual dwellings.

Appeal Finding

The appeal was declined, and the decision of the Disciplinary Committee upheld.  The decision has been appealed to the District Court.
